All products are shipped with a tracking number, insurance and protection against loss.
The remote control does not include batteries. To operate correctly, open the back cover and insert 2 AA batteries.
The rechargeable battery is not connected inside the car. To connect it, unscrew the base of the car and plug the battery into the socket.
